Rates are based on the following occupancy (children under 13 years old are free):

One Bedroom (first floor) - 3 guests
Two Bedroom (second floor) - 5 guests
Three Bedroom (first and second floor) - 8 guests

Additional guests $10 per night. All rates are in US Dollars and subject to change without notice.

Calendar*: The 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units are all available on days shown in green. On days marked blue, only the 2-bedroom is available. On days marked yellow, only the 1-bedroom is available. There are no available units on days marked with split yellow and blue.

* There is a minimum 3- night stay.

Cancellations: Cancellations may be made without penalty up to 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Between 31 and 59 days prior to your scheduled arrival date a 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card fees. Cancellations within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date will be refunded only for the days of your stay that can be re-booked.

If a hurricane watch or warning is issued for any portion of your stay (through November 15), we will waive our cancellation penalty and refund your deposit.
